Additional costs and security deposit

To ensure your comfort and the perfect maintenance of Villa Altéa, additional fees apply. A cleaning fee of €200 is required to guarantee the impeccable cleanliness of the villa before and after your stay, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation without constraints. In addition, a tourist tax of €4 per adult per day will be applied. This amount is collected on behalf of the local authority and is not included in the rental price. Finally, a security deposit of €4,000 will be required. This deposit is intended to cover any damages incurred during your stay and will be fully refunded after the exit inventory, provided no damage is found. These terms and conditions are in place to preserve the exceptional quality of our luxury villa and ensure a worry-free experience.
